The High Growth Business Programme, commissioned by Haringey Council and fully funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, provides wraparound expert consultancy support to selected high growth potential businesses in the region until March 2025.
Successful candidates will each receive dedicated, high calibre practical support to help overcome challenges and/or seize new opportunities. We’re already working with over 20 clients to create growth and marketing strategies, implement more effective tactics of securing more, and more profitable, customers, enter new markets, helping them raise finance, and improve team performance.

YTKO is a private sector business growth consultancy, and has helped over 30,000 businesses across the UK to overcome all the different challenges on their business journey.
In addition to our lead team, we also work with a close network of tried and trusted Associate Consultants who are specialists in their fields, and like us working at C-Suite level with business leaders and management teams. Many of us have held NED/Chair positions and/or are business investors and well connected into that community.

Eligibility
You will be the CEO/MD of a Haringey based business, ambitious to grow your turnover and profitability, and to create good jobs in the local economy. Applicants can be in any sector, and we are looking to work with companies with 3 years+ trading history and 3+ employees. Our current Haringey clients range from such ambitious smaller businesses up to some employing over 100 staff. We will consider candidates from third sector organisations provided they can robustly demonstrate their growth potential.
You’ll be open to receiving and acting on professional advice and coaching from experts in their fields, and to committing to a prioritised action plan agreed with you to help address weaknesses and seize new opportunities.
You agree to provide us with information as needed to help our funders measure the success of the programme, and to being one of our success story case studies if asked.

The application process is quick and simple, and is in two parts. First of all, please provide us with some initial information about your business.
Candidates passing the first stage will be invited to complete a 10 minute strategic survey, our Growth Maturity Index, where you must honestly self-score your business across a range of business functions. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive an entirely free, in-depth, 10-12 page report with recommendations, tailored to your business stage.
