Having already won our second Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2022, we are delighted to add another three awards to the YTKO Trophy cabinet!
YTKO CEO, Bev Hurley CBE, was the Gold Winner in the Influential Business Woman of the Year at the National Business Women’s Awards 2022. This award is for businesses owners or business women who have had a significant impact on their own business and the wider business economy, never standing still and doing the same old things, but continually leading in their markets.
Bev was also the Silver Winner of the Business Woman of the Year – Small (up to £10 Million turnover). This category honours inspiring innovators and visionaries who have achieved accomplishments of significance over their career. Winners demonstrate qualities of vision, innovation, entrepreneurial drive, leadership and their commitment to gender diversity.
And to complete the hat-trick, YTKO was awarded the Gamechanger™ Progress Champion Awards 2022 – Race and Culture Equality Winner.
This award celebrates the work being done to create a more diverse and equal world for all of us and recognises YTKO’s efforts to promote racial and cultural equality and inclusion for our clients and staff. Bev has a wealth of expertise in in starting, growing and scaling businesses and of supporting thousands of others on their growth journey, coupled with a deep understanding of local, regional and national social and economic development challenges. She has been Chair of the Institute of Economic Development (IED) since 2016 was honoured a CBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours 2014 and the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2012.
